Get Ready For Braces, Adjustments, etc.
On tray four of my refinements. My teeth hurt, so it must be working. I have to admit, refinements aren't as fun as the original treatment was. At the beginning I could notice the slightest improvements but not I barely can tell anything, aside from the slight pain. At the end of the month I go to get my 6th tray plus a few more. I'm not sure if I'll get more IPRs or what. I can't believe I have a whole year more of this. So strange. My teeth were so bad before and I had 35 trays and now that they're
My orthodontist just passed away. Literally the worst news I have ever heard. Not only was he super nice and hilarious but he was the best invisalign orthodontist in the northeast, if not in the united states. I donít even know how to reaact to this. Iím on tray 30 of 35 and who knows if Iíll need refinements. But I donít want anyone to touch my mouth but him): Iím paying 7,000 dollars for him because he is the best. They said weíd all continue receiving great care but Iím probably going to vomit/cry
So it's only 2 and half weeks until i get my braces on and I'm starting to get a little nervous!!
Is the pain really bad when the teeth are moving?
Do you feel like you teeth are going to fall out or wobbly?
How long is your mouth sore for?
Am i going to speak the same?
I could go on forever with questions, ughh i shouldn't worry too much its going to be the best decision I've made.
I'm definitely very excited for them, very anxious to see
Can't believe I am already on tray 25. Wow time really does fly. In two weeks I go in for a few more attachments (on my front teeth, etc) and get five more trays. Only ten more to go! This is crazy. I couldn't be happier. I know I'll need refinements but the progress I've seen already is more than enough to be grateful for. Can't wait to see what they look like after the last set, never mind after refinements.
After years of wanting/needing braces, I've finally sat down looked at my expenses and I am now starting treatment on July 29th!!
I am sooo excited! I'm 19 and have quite bad crowded teeth due to a narrow jaw. I'm only getting my top teeth done has they are my main issue when I smile and all I can manage to afford right now. I had my consultation with my orthodontist today and I have decided to go with the clear ones, I'm a bit worried about the staining that they may possibly cause so if
original sentence was 2 years. debanding is scheduled after only 1.5 years!

Well, in 4 days I'll be invisaligned for, at least, the next two years. My journey started in february when I went to my dentist asking for a solution for my missing molar that causes me to use only half part of my mouth for chewing. After the dentist have studied my molds and rx he told me I could choose two options: implant after braces for the uprighting of the teeth that had reclined and rotated in the mean while (I miss my molar more than 20 years ago) or only braces to definetly close the

Nothing much going on really lol. Extraction holes are healing fine, still got some holes but gums look healthier and holes are not as deep!
I tried to eat steak last night, thin steak, NO GO ZONE! couldnt bite down on it with my molar bands, it was to hard...I miss steak
I just had potato and then 2 hot cross buns and a milo LOL not the best dinner, but I did go to gym before hand so that is ok! lol.
Just looking forward to the 5th April!!
This is the internet. A place where people can climb up on a virtual soap box, and throw out their thoughts indiscriminately. The good and the bad, all unfiltered, and usually without objectivity. Some even stack up a few soap boxes, and try to raise their issue to the level of a crusade against who or what has wronged them in their mind. I'm not saying people don't get taken advantage of or misled. But often when people take that to the

Still don't feel comfortable with my teeth but after looking at my before and after I feel so much better. Moments ago when I switched into my 18th tray I was kind of upset. For my bottom teeth I am only suppose to have 19 trays, leaving me with 4 weeks until they should be complete but I don't think that is going to happen. I mean who knows but just stinks. I know refinements are common but I have 35 trays for my top teeth and I'm almost positive they wait until my whole mouth is done to do refinements,

My top teeth feel really weird today. My bite is moving so much and just from spacers. I hope my teeth move this fast with braces on! lol.
When I talk I keep hitting the bottom teeth with a top tooth that normally does not hit the bottom teeth as easily. It is really sore and my teeth kinda feel like they are loose. Not full on wiggly loose just tender and sore and I just need to tap on them for them to hurt. Even my very front top teeth.
I am in for so much next week
Well, I am 19 months in. If everything goes according to schedule, I should have my braces removed in June. I have inserted pictures from my first week, a few months in, and now. There has definitely been a big difference. I was just told that I could stop wearing my elastics, but I may need them again. The one thing I'm worried about is my deep bite. I have seen no difference over these past 19 months. My overjet has reduced significantly but not my overbite. I'm wondering whether it can be fixed
I GET MY BRACES OFF TOMORROW!!
I'm excited (read: extremely, absolutely, 100% freaking ecstatic!) and nervous at the same time. I have heard stories of people with braces having white marks on their teeth after they get their braces off. I think I did a good job of cleaning my teeth while in braces, but a part of me is nervous about the stains!
My teeth, IMO, look great. They are very straight, my upper teeth aren't slanted anymore, and my bite
