Cephalometric X-ray Picture Of Maxillo-Facial Block and Teeth

When going in for braces, the consultation will include digital radiography via x-ray.  The X-ray is used to take a snapshot of the teeth and bite.   You will also have molds of your teeth done so the orthodontist can fully examine the plan of action to take with your case.

Here is a picture of the Cephalometric X ray or Cephalogram taken to show the side view of the face, jaw, and skull.
