Tray 14...moving right along :)

Went to my 6 week ortho check up and got trays 14, 15 & 16. Getting closer to the end of the initial treatment round. I have 24 trays but the last 3 are all over-correction trays, so we're more than likely moving to refinements once Tray 21 is done. My ortho said my teeth are tracking along perfect and he's happy with how my arches are widening, especially my lower arch.

This tray doesn't have as much pressure as my previous trays. There's apparently a lot of molar and arch movement with this set, so I'm not feeling too much pressure. I'm happy to report that Tray 13 did not crack...yay! I've been having problems with my trays cracking since tray 7. Finally think I've figured out a way to take them out without torquing them too hard. Darn attachments don't make it easy...LOL!
When I go back for my next 3 sets of trays, my son is going to get the rest of his teeth bracketed and new arch wires put in. His diastema (gap) started coming back and his ortho in Chicago never bracketed the new adult teeth that erupted after she initially put the braces on. I'm so glad he's going to my ortho now. He's going to make his teeth look great, I have no doubt.
Hope everyone is having a great summer :)
