Having a bracket float on the wire is not such a big deal and can usually wait to be fixed until next adjustment. The other brackets and wire are still in place, so as sunny said this will hardly delay your treatment time.
It is more annoying than anything, but definetly don't put superglue in your mouth.. there have been several cases of the years of poisoning due to this..
