I just ordered the 3 free samples so we'll see how it goes. I only have my top brackets on so far and it's ALREADY a pain to floss, so I'm hoping this works!!!

Julie, that piece that goes between your teeth is metal but it's as thin as (if not thinner than) dental floss and is rounded so there is no risk of it cutting you. Also, it's STAINLESS steel and treated to be germ resistant or something? At least that's what the site says.
