I deliver presentations as part of my job and noone has commented yet on me speaking any differently. When I first got invisalign it took about a week to avoid the slight lisp on s words, now all is fine.

To avoid the saliva issue, half fill the aligner with water before putting them on, then sort of suck inwards and it will be clear. Also keep drinking water throught the day.
