My TMJ has been going crazy again, so today I finally decided to call the ortho about it. He's out of town so he can't see me but got word back to me as to what to do. I'm supposed to keep warm compresses on my jaw when possible, sleep with a heating pad to my face, and take anti-inflammatories around the clock until I see him next time. Sad part is that my next appointment is in the end of Sept. If it gets worse before then, he'll let me come in and hopefully be able to help fix it. ...
Hey guys, so I think it's been almost two months now. I've stopped looking at my teeth every day in the mirror, so I'm always nicely surprised when I do look in the mirror! My boyfriend says my teeth are pretty much straight already, but I definitely don't think I'm done just yet!!
