Things are going as expected. My bite has gotten a bit worse, but this is very common as we are working on straightening the teeth within the arch at this point. It is a slow gradual change, so doesn't bother me much at all. Still flossing is the biggest PIA, but I sit in the bathroom and take my time to do it several times per week. It is interesting that certain teeth hurt for a few days (sign of movement) here 6 weeks out. My ortho is doing adjustments every 8 weeks and was very clear ...
Weeks 2 - 4 were pretty tame. No major pain aside from a few sore teeth every once in a while. My upper teeth have continued to move steadily (I really can't believe how fast they can move!) and smiling is easier now that my "fangs" have moved down considerably - I haven't had to wax them all week. They are *almost* even with the rest of my teeth! I didn't think it was possible! My two front teeth are slowly moving apart too! I had to have some bonding done ...
