Just got 4 attachments last night. The dental assistant had to reattach two while I was there b/c they popped off as I was test fitting my trays. I have one on each canine. I'm guessing I'll get more attachments at a later date.
Still on tray one and due back in two weeks to get tray two. The aligners are way tighter now, and I have to use the "Outie" that I bought.
