Six teeth moving at once!

When I woke up this morning my mouth felt kind of weird but I couldn't figure out what was wrong until I started brushing and pinpointed that telltale soreness on SIX bottom teeth. Only one of the top teeth is moving right now so I'm ignoring it. I've never had so much movement at once!

As far as my untrained eye could tell only one of the bottom teeth was poorly positioned and one other could use a little adjusting but there was nothing major going on. Now I'm really curious to see what those little buggers are doing!

I had a bagel for breakfast (mmm blueberry) because I love the feeling of chewing with moving teeth - does anyone else deliberately find the chewiest food when teeth are (slowly) darting about?

That's great that your teeth are moving.

Fanastic that you can feel so much progress with bottom teeth Anny!

Chewing with teeth that are moving or slightly sore is great for your gums and teeth. It increases blood flow around the roots of the tooth, which helps with movement.

I'm guessing the chewing feels good, kinda like when a baby is teething and they want to chew things.

Good luck with your continuing great progress!

I know! My niece is 11 months old and when I see her with a teething ring or gnawing her pacifier I tell her that I know exactly how she feels

Hi Anny! I'm also 30 years old, getting my ceramic braces put on tomorrow and I'm really nervous. There's so much to know, and so much care and pain involved...all I can say is, I hope I'm doing the right thing! Thanks for your posts, it's great to know someone else my age is going through the same thing!

Hey Denise, You are definitely doing the right thing! Wait until you see the progress (and how quickly it happens). You'll be shocked!

    Thanks Jennii
