Yesterday Appointment only takes about 10 min.. The Ortho replace my broken arch wire and add 4"0" lenghth power chain on each of my extraction gap.

To be honest, these does hurt....sort of of itchy pain...remind me of cavity pain..( when you have really bad cavity, you feel pain on your nerve...that sort of...). I woke up few times last night with pain... maybe I was try to grand my teeth again and failled to do so.

I didn't get the pink that I wanted... ...

Finally the day come... I can't wait to see my dearest Ortho...

I have just changed a new job, which stress me a little.. so that's why I havn't Pop up at the forums for so long...

Well, I got left upper arch wire broken last week.. thinking maybe during the night I was granding my teeth..so I did use the wax to seal it from pocking my mouth..

My ortho sugguest me to see him every 6 weeks. However I feel nothing after week 3-4, I almost eat everything ...

Can't believe that it is my 7th day in brace right now.
I had congee for most of my week to make my life easier. I miss my old day food so much, and I miss the way that I enjoy my food. Now eating is more like working my upper teeth and lower teeth and chop up the food and get them in my stomach...

The wired thing is the arch wire start cutting my mouth(it was fine from day1 to day5)...I have my wax for my bracket and to be honest, the bracket doesn't ...

It is my first day in brace( Got mine on yesterday afternoon)
I didn't feel much soreness right after, only a bit wierd about the braces sticking out, and hardly have my lips cover them up.

The sore did came today... as I try bitting up and down gentally, the sore went away a bit.

The only problem is that I was trying to floss last night since my ortho told me that it was so important to floss with brace on, but my teeth are so sore that ...
