After visiting your great page in the pretreatment time and the first days as a braces wearer very frequently, i have to admit that the last weeks braces was no topic any more and so I forgot to post to my blog. They are just part of me and my life, routine is going on. Even the adjustments are easy to go, no more troubles any more, just the first successful movements of my teeth! Twice I was asked by adults how I decided for braces and if I would do it again. During the first week I definitely would have said NO, but I changed my mind, I would do it again!
Thanks agian for your help!
Happy smile!

I know what you mean. I've already felt my bite close on both sides. I can now touch all molars together at the same time! I'm amazed at how fast it goes. I thought being an adult meant it was supposed to go slower. Guess I've got a "young" mouth. Lucky me.

    Glad you like them

Hi, I can remeber those days, I always hated to go get them adjusted beacuse I could only eat mush for two days!
But you know what they say: pain in temporary! I cant complain now that my teeth are correct...
Anyway, here is my suggestion to help you out with 'flossing' check it out, samples are available...
Bracesreview.com just posted this article about it:

Great to read your post Brace and to hear that you're now feeling a load more positive.

Progress is an awesome thing and even during the months when progress isn't obvious, remember that much of the 'real' work goes on in your gums ... so never get discouraged with your decision to sort your bite issues!

I love adjustments ... it's all to do with progressing to the end. So far mine have been pain free and that's a bonus!
