Well, I looks like I answered my own question about the lower refinements as I had my impression done 2 weeks ago. Again, I wait.....

I feel like my teeth aren't moving anymore and that I'm totally wasting my time wearing these things!

This is my first time posting and wanted to say thank you to all who post their questions and answers here. I have learned a lot more from fellow invisalign users than from the professionals. Anyway, I'm on 15/21 lower and 3/12 upper. The uppers are refinements. When I was on my original aligners for the top and got to 10/16, my dentist had recommended refinements as some of the top teeth weren't moving quite the way they should be. Also, my top aligners are very noticable since I have 6 attachements ...
