After my great success of eating out it would seem that my mouth is now rebelling! I am now back to very tender teeth and am having huge difficulty eating anything at all.
I am a veggie and usually eat really well, lots of veg and fruit etc, however trying to eat anything like that is a nightmare, it gets stuck everywhere and my front teeth are so tender if they touch anything the pain is horrid. Also my bite is off so chewing anything is a near impossibility.
I am 8 and a half stone, and at 5ft 5 I dont need to lose any weight but its happening as I - like Candymomof3 cannot be bothered with eating as its such an ordeal. I am also tired from the lack of nutrients. HELP!!!!

Bunny this doesn't sound very nice, but it's up to you to make the effort to eat and make sure you don't loose weight. I'm also a veggie and I eat well at every meal and there's loads of soft and hard foods available.

You might be wise to look into drinking liquids full of vitamins, nutrition, minerals etc, in addition to your meals, until you get yourself back on track again. Your mouth is part of your body, so if ones not doing well, neither will the other.

Please help yourself get over this hiccup and stop looking at food as being an ordeal, instead it's an important way to keep your body (and mouth) healthy.

    Good luck!

after i had my wisdom teeth out, my blender and I developed a very close relationship and met on an almost daily basis. fresh fruit shakes are so great. everything else I mashed or had as a soup because I don't let anything get in the way of me eating my food and neither should you

    best of luck to you!
