Last month was my first adjustment for my iBraces/traditionals and it went pretty well. I had one loose bracket up on top (iBraces) and I somehow managed to lose the "wings" on one of my iBraces brackets on a back molar - I was told that that "wings" are what hold the wire. I've accomplished two weeks with my iBraces/traditional braces combo I feel 100% adjusted to them now and, for the most part, I felt this way after 1 week as well. My tongue and cheeks have all toughened up so I no longer need to use wax (I found the OraJel mouthwash to be extremely helpful as well, in case anyone is looking for suggestions!).
