Not too bad of an appointment today. I have taken Advil, so not feeling too bad right now. I got my power chain back! YAY! They took it off last visit as they repositioned a bracket, and because of that, they had to give me a thinner wire so my bracket wouldn't pop off. As if getting the power chain back on is not enough, my upper and lower wires went back to a thicker size and I am back in elastics 24 hours a day again. I'm sure by tonight I will be feeling it a little more...but so far so good.
Other than that, that was pretty much it. He mentioned waiting to do some refining of my upper teeth til later, til they were in their final position as he doesn't want to take off too much. He talked briefly about doing a little gum refining with a little laser...he made this sound like not a big deal at all...but I am thinking...yuk. I'm game for it all though!!! Bring it on. The progress my smile has made over these past 9 1/2 months has been tremendous!!! Halfway there!
