Well, after about 3 months of to-ing and fro-ing and umming and ah-ing, I've finally got my first trays today. I have 25 for the Upper and 10 on the lower to get through. (will try post some pics up later)

So far so good, feel pretty comfy compared to what I was expecting. However I am totally paranoid about what I look like! Mostly due to saliva bubbles trapped under the trays which look abit odd. Maybe there is a way around this?! I'll have to experiment! And I have the little moulds ...
