Woo hoo!!! They've dropped!!!

Hmmm… that sounded odd, didn’t it? No, I’m not talking about the usual things that drop as women get older… I wouldn’t be jumping for joy over that…

Let me rephrase that: My upper left teeth have finally dropped to a more “normal-looking” level, and are no longer edge-to-edge. Actually, the whole upper row has moved down and forwards a bit. They’re still uneven with the right side, but SO much better looking. (Please forgive the yellow-ish tinge… my cell phone doesn’t have the “magic teeth-whitening flash” that my camera does. I also ran out of my Aqua Fresh Iso-whitening toothpaste, and I’m due for a powerchain change tomorrow morning. I think I might go with lavender, because I’m in such a good mood.)

I’m such a dork! Every single picture on my cell phone is of my teeth. Whoever decides it would be funny to steal my phone and go through my pics will be in for a rude awakening… (Hey, maybe that would be a good deterrent…)

I can actually see a little bit of light at the end of this looooooong tunnel, and can almost picture what the end result will be.

    Your teeth are looking great!!! I can see what you mean when you say that they've "dropped" I love looking at progress pictures. It's nice to see how teeth are actually moving!

    How crazy/silly that something so little can put me in such a good mood! All I look forward to after an adjustment is... my next adjustment! I'm hoping he's pleased with what he sees tomorrow. (My teeth, I mean... don't think he's too pleased to actually see ME!) I'm guessing after leveling comes gap closure and midline correction. As you can see... I need a lot of correcting. My lower seems okay (but maybe not...), but my upper is definitely off. I might not end up with completely symmetrical upper and lowers, but I don't care. Honestly, if, for some horrible reason, I had to remove them now and get retainers, I wouldn't be devastated. However... they're all paid off, so there's no way they're taking them off now!

    Wow Cathy your top teeth are looking amazing! The 'dropped' look is suiting you!

    I agree ... go with lavender ... it will look amazing on those brackets!
