Invisalign Day3

Its day 3 today since commencing Tray1 aligners , so far its not been too painful. A little difficult removing on day1 this is becoming easier now I have learnt the technique. I have had a few mild anxiety attacks with wanting to rip them out, anyone else suffered this feeling?

hi chez, the anxiety attacks definetly fade.. I too had them, but got used to them after the first week and it became wierd not to have them in. You'll love it. I look forward to watching your progress.

I'm on day 6, and it really does get better. Today I took the aligners out for the first time, NOT standing in front of the mirror. I finally figured out how to get them over the attachments, but sadly I've bent them a bit in the learning process. Good luck to ya!
