Hi,

My dentist told me that I'll be getting my attachments this coming Friday along w the 2nd trays. She also said that depending on week's two progress, I'd change the trays every 10 days instead of 14.

Is this ok to do? would that move my teeth too fast? not to mention the pain!!

Has anyone else been able to switch trays in 10 days?

Thanks!!

Your ortho designs the amount of movement that should be achieved by the trays and therefore how long you should wear them. If you don't make the expected 22 hours every day, you should wear the trays longer than expected, but otherwise do as your ortho instructed.

Tooth movement is a skill of orhto's and the reason why it's best to choose an ortho over a dentist.

    Good luck with your treatment!

Thanks for the advice!! yes, she is an ortho

I wouldn't mind changing trays in 10 days vs. 14 days
