8:00 am app. Got there at at 7:50 I just knew they would get me in amd out 1 hour they said great I need to be at work a.s.a.p. Not to be sat until 8:30 they were sorry and all but I hate going anyway and this just makes it worse.Ok enough crying. Been 4 weeks and I was looking to use my 3rd set of aliners. The girl said I would need 9 total buttons or attachments as they call them. The process was not too bad. The taste of glue or whatever was bad. Doc came in had to fight to keep my mouth dry but did get them done with only one not staying on. He worked on smoothing them out for a little while and then took a pencil and marked them before he put on my new set of aliners. He said that way he could make sure they were hitting correct and all. The girl acted like this was something new and of course the doc acted like he has been doing it for 100 years. The liners went on fine but wow they came off hard. He gave me a small tool to help grab them because I have no fingernails. I put them on and left as soon as I could as I was already gone too long from the office. Lunch was a challange to remove them. They did go on pretty good so we will see what dinner brings. Pain is not bad these are tighter than the second set. Over all I will say that it is already better than I expected. I just hate too think about doing this for a year, but you got to do what you got to do. If any body has any questions e-mail me I will try to answer. I wish I would have done something when I was 30 and not wait till I was 51. Have a good one I will check in later.

I'm 51 and in traditional braces and apart from stubborn teeth, I'm finding this a breeze! Hopefully you'll find you'll get used to having the attachments with your aligners real soon and this will be a breeze for you to!
