I changed to tray #4 last night. These seem to fit much better than the previous tray and my teeth aren't very sore at all. They snap into place easily... no having to bend them to snap onto the other side like the last ones. They would be my easiest trays if it weren't for me having to change to extra strong elastics this time for my bite. It's extremely hard to talk... like the first day you get your trays. Anyways, I just wanted to check in with these trays. I'm trying to stay up to date on my blog.
