Well at first it was super annoying, but now I'm used to it and don't notice it much at all. I've learned how to talk with it. They told me that really it's only a helper to the one on the side, and that I don't need to wear it all the time, like when I'm at work, but I'm so motivated to get these things off that I wear it all day every day. What's a little sacrifice now, for a quicker treatment later right?
