The Before Pic (Not for the faint-hearted!)

Hi Friends,

I wasn't too sure if I wanted to post my pre-Invisalign pic without being able to immediately follow it up with the after-Invisalign pic....but then I figured, if I was going to be a respectable bolgger, I better do things right.

So here it is...'brace' yourselves! It's pretty ugly, but it can only get better!



The gap you see there is what was left behind after I had the incisor extracted. It also inspired my username

I've got a long way to go, but I'm really looking forward to posting my final result!

    I think we all think our teeth are terrible, but one thing you can be sure of ... if invisalign can correct your problems, they can't be too bad ... which is great for you!

    Good luck to you being thrilled with the end results!

    Hey,

    I just realized the pic was marked as 'private.' I corrected that, so it should be there in all its glory for you to see.

    That's a great photo to compare your progress with gap, thanks for sharing it!

    I recommend you also take a photo of both your upper and lower arches, so you can see them changing as your alignment moves.

    Keeping focused on the end results ... is the best way through ortho treatment!

    i was really embarassed to post my photos initially too but am so glad now that i did. gives me something to compare to as I get further into my treatment.
