Hello to one and all! This is week 1 in my Damon 3 braces! I need to share I am feeling some kinda way about having to remove the composite from my 2 front teeth in order the get my braces put on. I had my gap closed over 25 years ago and I feel naked and I have always hated it!!!!! Lord help me! How long will it be before it closes??????????? I'm trying to keep the end result in mind! *whew*

    You poor kitten! It must be quite the shock to have the composite taken off for the braces to be put on. I'd suggest a quick slug of brandy, stat <LOL> as yer clearly over drinking age.

    Surely the Ortho told you this would be part of the treatment? They do like to throw things into the mix.

    Oh yes! I've done the brandy! Thanks for responding. I'm from Virginia. And yes a shock it was ... My ortho told me but..... Shocking nonetheless!
