I got a phone call from the hospital today and wow is all I can say.

My jaw surgery was meant to be on 21st July, and I'd you know, gotten used to the idea. But now that's all changing...

The hospital were already freaking out because they wanted to see me on the 19th but can't, but that won't be an issue now. The woman on the phone said an urgent cancer case has come up, so my operation is now going to be on 4th August, two weeks later.

Obviously, I completely understand that my procedure isn't life-saving, so I don't mind letting someone else have their treatment. It's just a little strange to think about. I had sort of planned things ahead, like I told my drama group that I couldn't be in the next show, and I have REALLY missed seeing everybody at rehearsals. And now I can not only attend the show on 28th July, but I could have been in it

Well, roll on August, I just want this to get done now.
