Well it was bound to happen

I've started dreamin' about my braces.
Now, I realize that anything that's a big part of your life naturally finds its way into your dreams, but why must my braces pester me there?
The first dream I had, 3 brackets fell off and one of them had split clearly in half. I spent the rest of the dream carrying them around on a plate trying to keep the plate balanced so I don't lose them.
The second one that I had (last night) merely detached the bracket and kept it attached to the wire. I had to wiggle them all to figure out which one it was.
You can't make this stuff up.

I know about having more teeth related dreams since getting braces. Did you have these types of dreams the first time around?

Sounds like a weird dream HeadJam ... bet you were happy to wake up!
 Dream interpreters write that dreaming about your braces is due to feeling a lack of control. I'm not sure if they mean a lack of control of your teeth as well as other things, but if they mean teeth ... then that makes sense. I'm sure people who prefer to control situations around them, would have nasty nightmares  |
