Last night I went out for a meal and I think it must have been one of the small chicken pieces that I ate, because I could tell it was a bit hard, but I chewed it a couple of times and thought nothing of it. A few minutes later I could tell there was something not right. So I went to the toilet and one of my ligatures (which was a wire wrapped around the bracket on my lower left no. 5) had dissappeared and the wire was out of the bracket.

I was really annoyed with myself as I could have avoided it and now it was the weekend I would probably have to wait until Monday to get it sorted.

Luckily I rang my dentist today and she was working so I asked if I could come in and said she would fit me in and sort it out today.

I'm just so annoyed with myself, I've been good for over two months now, and one slip and it's cost me. Ah well, I thought I was being careful before, I have to be extra careful now!!
