It's really funny and embarrassing when you get caught "tonguing" your braces in public after a meal.
I've been doing it for so long now I'm over it! At least I'm not 'dropping' my false teeth to rinse under them ... I also think it's better to 'tongue' your brackets than have food left for the world to see when you laugh after eating!
