I was at a business dinner last week and my vendor asked me if I had Invisalign. At first, I was really self-conscious that she said something, but then she said that she only noticed because both she and her husband had had Invisalign. It actually ended up being a positive discussion, with one other person saying that she hoped to get Invisalign in the future, and one other person saying that he hadn't noticed I was wearing them.

All in all, I notice that I'm a lot less sensitive about my teeth now that I've made the decision to straighten them.

What an amazing situation! I'm guessing it was great for two previous invisalign wearers to share their history with you.

I can't remember when anyone said anything about my braces ... I think like me, they don't care!

I've always felt that it takes a strong individuals with positive character to make healthy choices. In our world of self-improvement, it has become more and more acceptable for adults to want the beautiful, healthy smile they deserve .

It's very rare for the average person to notice Invisalign. Those who have been through or are currently in treatment will obviously be more aware.

One of my team members greets new patients and takes photos/xrays for them at their initial exam. A large number of these patients talk to her and ask her about what Invisalign looks like, how it feels, whether they will speak with a lisp etc. All the while, they have no idea she is actually wearing them!
