My ortho said that she believes we SHOULD eat some things with the trays in. Unless it's super hot or hard, they can handle it. I'm not buying it.

My first meal after my fitting yesterday was lunch, but without trays. I just had the aligners in. I bought a turkey sandwich with cheese and lettuce. That didn't work out so well.

My first post here, and it may be brief as my dog wants me to play.

I started my first tray of invisaligns 24 hours ago. Wow! What a first day. Somehow the concept of attachments was missed in my consultations. So that came as a a surprise. Along with the 2 hours it took to put the attachments on.

And today I lost 2 of them. One was on a filling from a root canal, and we expected that. Not a big deal they said.

The second was on a badly rotated tooth...
