Can you tell the difference?
I'm using crest white strips advanced seal. They stay on really well which helps a lot. They're kinda like stickers, lol. They hurt my gums at first, probably because they were sensitive after debanding. My teeth are a little sensitive to cold, especially after removal of the strips, but it lessens a couple hours later. I have a friend who has super white teeth and I asked her the other day if she got them professionally whitened and she said that she just used the strips. So hopefully I'll get similar results! They seem to be brightening up so far. I recommend these to anyone who wants to whiten their teeth after braces.
