yes I sound in a good mood eh? So here a follow up on my super wisdom thoot surgery adveture!

Ok so I went to dentist yesterday, he removed my stiches, mention all of this, once again, was normal. After reading some stuff on the net, I saw that many people had the same problem than me, pain in ear, troat etc...and they had it up to 3 weeks! BUT! what a sweet surprise, yesterday morning, I still had pain, I asked a collegue a MOTRIN, I took one and....I felt fine all day!

Then as I said I went to dentist, he removed my stiches blah blah blah ...went back home and realized I had no painkiller for more than 7 hours and I was feeling good! Ok, still little pain but was so light, I felt like I have no more....!! And just the day before I could barely bare the pain and had to take advil every 4-5 hours,,...

Sooo it is a good thing that all of sudden, pain is almost gona

Im sooo happy and I feel so release! I still have parathesia on my thongue, still dont know if the sensation will be back one day BUT I DONT CARE, pain is almost gone...I wish it wont be back!:p

Ok sooo + I didnt see my ortho for 2 months now (mismatch of schedules..) I wish this is not affecting to much my treatment, espacially I still have that broken bracket...Anyways feel like I am talking too much sooooo have a nice day! :thumb:

Hi beautiful braces forun group!

as you know (or dont know), I always been over stress for nothing, and even after talking with my dentist, I still feel he is wrong and I cant trust he advise .
Its been a week that I had my thoot removed. I have less of that bad taste, but more and more pain??! Dentist said its normal, the dead tissues have to evacuate etc etc no dry socket because he did me stiches so its impossible etc etc and finaly pain is normal because the jaw bon has to regenarate itself. I dont think its normal having pain that I really have to take Advil every 6 hours, that pain wake me up last nigh or every night when advil effects are gone. It starts from my bone, goes in my whole jaw and goes into my ear and behing my skull and neck on the right side. YOU, you think its all normal or he is really bull***** (sorry for the language) because he knows something wrong. I dont want to have some kind of bacteria growing and eating the inside of my ear and brain and die!!!!!! please let me know...Anyways ill go to clinic see a doctor tomorrw and wish to have a scan :thumb:

Bye thanks a lot!

I feel pretty bad today! :(
Yesterday I had my right bottom wisdom thoot removed with surgery...Everything was good till this morning...My thong was still frozen! So I first thought it was still the anastesic (is that an english word?) Then, all day long, Its stay like paralysed and when Im trying to eat someting and strech my thong a little, its like burning or elctric shock on that side!!!! Soemone told me dentist might have cut a nerve while removing my thoot!!!
Does anyone had similar situation as mine? Is it normal? Am I gonna have fucked up thongue and mouth for ever???? Is it normal too that I cant open my mouth (just a little) and I have that huge swelling??? Ok, its not even 24 hours I had the surgery BUT ITS MY RIGHT to freak out!!!

Please....H-E-L-P :(
