so... i have to say that with braces i am a total freak when it comes to cleaning. i can't really say that for before i had braces put in. i didn't floss at all in my life. i tried to once after a cleaning at the dentist. (the next night). and well i got one tooth done and it was bleeding real bad and it hurt and i was totally not coordinated enough to get my hands straight.

but now it is a total turnaround! it was hard to floss the first night i had braces(first night i flossed). ...

so... I would of started this when i got spacers in, but i didn't know about it. well better late then never. ok so here i go.

i am 25. i had rubber band spacers put in 3 1/2 weeks ago. 1 1/2 weeks ago i had those taken out and damon brackets put in on lower and upper. nothin special, just the brackets and the wire.

a couple days later i had the infamous dream that half my braces fell out along with one of my teeth. (scary)
