Finally, I have braces on top! It took me months to get them because my orthodontists works only once a fortnight and I had to have 4 (!) teeth extracted prior to that. I didnt think it would be sooo hard. The problem is that I have a wire on my palate to sort of anchor my back teeth and it is extremely uncomfortable to eat. I'd say close to unbearable. Not that it takes at least 45 minutes but it also hurts and the food gets stuck on the palate wire, let alone the food on braces. So I wonder if any of you had the same problems ? Is it possible to get used to this thingy ?
