Well, it's been 20 days and it's been pretty smooth sailing so far. I have the feeling that this 12-18 months is going to fly by.

My gaps were too close the first time around to get bands on all four of my back teeth so I had to do another round of spacers and then this past Monday we got the last four rear bands on. Well, I've finally made the decision to have my teeth straightened again.

After many trips to several dentists and orthodontists and a lot of talking about different appliances and procedures, I chose an ortho and went with standard porcelain braces.

I wasn't too bummed out until they starting bonding them to my teeth...my mood took a real dive at that point.

After a couple of days now, the only real annoyance is the amount of extra stuff in my mouth. ...
