I have rubber bands and I swallowed 2 of them yesterday. Then a few hours after I swallowed the 2nd one, I started feeling bad and having intestinal cramps. Can swallowing rubber bands do this? I'm worried but not worried.

Good news is that in 5 weeks (*crosses fingers*) I won't have to worry about braces anymore.

Ok, my rant for the day.

I am have swallowed a few too!!! You are so lucky to be getting your braces off soon!

Swallowing rubber bands should not hurt you, most people will just pass them within a day or so but if you have any known intestinal problems, it may irritate your intestines but is unlikely

Will not harm. People swallow much bigger things and have no upsets.
