I had my surgery on Tues. and now I'm home. I didn't get to look at myself in the mirror before the swelling set in, but Mom says I looked good. Right now when I look in the mirror I don't even recognize. The good news is though that I really don't have any pain. the bad news is that my face looks like a huge bruise and I'm very swollen.

I'll try to post some pictures once the swelling started majorly going down.

    Awww come on - we'd love to see some crazy swollen bruised face pictures! JK but glad most of all you are not in pain! Hope you heal quickly!

    I've been thinking of you heaps and hoping to see a post from you, to hear how good things went!

    It will be great to follow your post surgical progress and I know it will help any surgery patients who come to this site.

    I rarely visit this site anymore... funny how after a time, straight teeth just are not as exciting as they used to be, BUT I was hoping to hear about your progress, Jenn. So glad all has gone well and that you are on the road to recovery. Stay strong, and please do post pictures! TAKE CARE!
