Yes 3! I went to the ortho this morning to have my wires taken out. That actually didn't hurt this time. Then I went to the dentist for my cleaning. It was almost unbearable. I was hoping my dentist would have done the cleaning himself since I have braces, but the hygienists did it and she's only been a hygienists since July 1. I'm her first braces patient too! After she was done with the cleaning, my dentist told her to scale back my gums slightly. That hurt horribly. Of course afterwards, he checked my teeth and told me no cavities (yeah you'd think not after 14 filings this year! lol) and then had me close and open my mouth several times. He's surprised at how much my teeth have moved since the end of April. Then I went back to my ortho for my actual adjustment. They put my missing bracket back on and then put my old wires back in. I didn't get a power chain or rubber bands this time because these wires were still working. He's hoping I'll be ready for a "non-flexible" wire next time and if so, I'll get my power chains then. He thinks I'll hate them but if getting them means my "air hole" (gap) gets closed up, then I want them.

Ok enough of my ramblings. Just wanted to report in.
