well just thought i'd do a little post,
im still on my 1st trays i have got these for 5 weeks which dissapointed me a little but i can really feel a change in my bite which was a little strange at first but im getting used to it now!!
had to stop the bleaching for a few days as i was in so much pain at work one day so i thought it best to let my poor teeth settle down a little before i carry on but i have bleached them for 9 days and can really see a difference, just cant wait for them to be staright aswell!!!!

my next app is on 11 sept, i should hopefully get my next 3 sets of aligners and having 1 attatchment on my lower(3rd from front) so ill post after my app to let you all know how ive gone on!!!!!

    Good luck Katiekatie. Why have you got the first tray for 5 weeks? Is it to do with the whitening? Or just to get your teeth used to being moved about? I got my attachments on before tray 1, the first tray had the bubbles for them. The change is bite is totally weird to get use to but once it returns to normal again - for me 26-27 trays it feels great. How many trays total have you got? I'd defo recommend taking before photos as well as the ortho's ones, get your camera on close up setting and go for it, having something to compare back to is a brilliant personal log. You'll have up weeks and down weeks i'm sure same as the rest of us I'm sure, stick with it, have a moan on here, we all understand where some friends and family might not be interested. There's great advice on here - its saved me ringing the ortho for the odd stupid question, just to know your'e not alone is the best. x

    im not sure to be honest weeeyin???? i think maybe to get my teeth used to it as i only need my front 2 upp + lower moving,anteriors are they called?? i have a bubble in this tray aswell but she said she will put it on at my next app!!
    yea my phone is full of photos i think my friends are getting a bit fed up of looking at them now lol!!!!

    i have got 11 upper and 8 lower aswell sorry forgot about that bit lol xx
