well its 1 week to go for me untill tray 2 and i can not actually wait any longer feels like the worst 5 weeks of my life

although i can see a teeeeeny bit of movement that had cheered me up a lot, i have taken a picture every day so far to compare them to before invisalign lol not much difference yet im afraid!!!!
BUT like i said only 8 more days till tray 2 wooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oooooooooooooooooo!!!!!! x



OH and i have lost 12lb so far!!!!! just from stopping my late night snacks!!!!!

    I still can not believe that you had your first tray in for 5 weeks!

    It will get much better after this when you are changing every two weeks.

    Not long to go with this tray now Katie! Before you know it, you'll be preparing for your last tray and hopefully you'll be delighted with the teeth/bite you see looking back at you!
