Going ahead with treatment-Damon Clear

So after a second consultation appointment, I have decided to go ahead with treatment. So for the 2nd time in my life I will be getting wired. I am actually very excited to start treatment, and hope that everything will be what I want it to be at the end.
Why am I putting myseld though this again you ask? Well, as a kid, I had the regular metal mouth for over 3 years, my doc was old school i quess and placed my teeth in a step back position. Basicaly I never thought they were straight, so I never wore my retainers. Fast forward 10 years, and now im so conscious about my smile. So here we go. At least it will only be 6-10 months. And my ortho is able to put on the new damon clear. I know theres not a whole lot of info on these, so if anyone has info please LET ME KNOW! However I will tryto update regarding my treatment.
Oh and i seen this on a website as I was doing some bracesearches,

    You have a great attitude to doing this treatment again Lauralea and it's great that you have such a short treatment time.

    Is that your current teeth in the pic? Those teeth look amazing ... wish mine could look half that good!

    Here's to a smooth treatment time and a lifetime of retainer wear!

    Yes that is my current pic, there are still a lot of things about it that still bother me. Now I will say its a massive improvement from my original smile before braces as a child, but I really do not like the step back approach, and I find my front teeth are massive to say the least, and of course, due to not wearing retainers at all, they have already started to turn in, and the bottom bothers me specificaly. Anyhow my ortho says I will be very pleased post treatment, looking forward. I think Im going to keep up on this blog, especially with pics of this damon clear system.

    Dear Lauralea,

    I agree with Sunny; your teeth look great! Maybe they look different from a side view?!?! It doesn't look like you have very far to go at all (but better to catch it now before things regress further).

    It sounds like you are off to a good start, and here's to a short treatment time!
