It's great you're taking photos before and after, but every night may be a bit much. Once a week for the first month or two then monthly is often all that's needed to make a great movie of treatment. Alignment happens quite quickly, so if you have heaps needed you should see that progress within the first few weeks/months. The bite is the slow bit, and seeing photo after photo of little to no progress can detract from the process.

Great you have your chapstic ready ... and don't forget the wax! Then keep well hydrated ... great for you body, but especially for your mouth during treatment. Also warm salt water rinses are soothing if you feel your mouth will benefit from these!

Bonding and records went well, all wired for sound.
For the records/impressions part, they had to do the top like 3 times, let me tell you that was annoying! And I think its impossible to keep your mouth moist then they are actually doing the bonding part. Man it felt like my mouth was stuffed with cotton balls. Anyhow, I know one of the hygentist that works at the office,and she comes over and tells me its pretty hard t see that I even have braces at all. I was very pleased with this! Well pics will go up soon. I went to work, and a few ppl noticed, but it was great cus it was no big deal. A few ppl asked more questions about it, but thats it. YEAH
