Hi, just spent a week in Iceland with my Invisalign. I wasn't as well behaved with it as I should of been, left it out for a few hours on a couple of evenings when I went out but went back in fine. Also my friend was getting a bit fed up of me brushing my teeth on the most random places, on buses, in quiet streets! But it had to be done!!! But altogether no problems going in and out really easy now.
Did have a little worry before christmas, my bottom aligner split a little, but contacted my dentist and they just said to be careful with it and as its looser now its been fine and not split more at all.
looking forward to the next set of trays although I am debating when the best time to put them in will be and not looking forward to the difficulty getting them in and out again!
Anyway Roll on 2010 and this time next year when my teeth will be looking a lot better in my christmas photos!!!

Great that things have gone reasonably smoothly and your time away was a fun one!

The recommended time to change aligners, is before going to bed. This gives your teeth the first night to adjust while you sleep, which usually makes the next day much easier.

Here's to your progress continuing to go well!
