Hi all,
put my number 2 set of aligners in last night, I could definitely feel the difference, they were really tight but again just pressure not painful. I woke up this morning and was dreading the fight I was going to have to take them out. If it was anything like my first attempt at the first set it would takes ages!
Surprisingly them came out really easily! :-) Think I might be back to the problem of not been able to eat anything too hard for a couple of days until my teeth settle ...

Hi, just spent a week in Iceland with my Invisalign. I wasn't as well behaved with it as I should of been, left it out for a few hours on a couple of evenings when I went out but went back in fine. Also my friend was getting a bit fed up of me brushing my teeth on the most random places, on buses, in quiet streets! But it had to be done!!! But altogether no problems going in and out really easy now.
Did have a little worry before christmas, my bottom aligner split a little, but contacted ...

I can actually get the aligners out without them hurting now :-) and just figuring how to do it without a mirror. How ever I have my work xmas do tonight so plan on leaving them out for a few hours so hoping I don't set myself back to far.
I;ve also found I'm quite self concious without the brace in, quite aware of one of the attachments and I think it sticks out quite a lot when I smile - but sure that's a good thing that I'd rather have the brace in than out!

I'm still dreading taking my aligners out and end up waiting til I'm starving to do this, but guess as I get more used to the trays and my stitches fully dissolve it'll get better. I've been pretty good due to this only taken them out 2 or 3 times a day and putting them back in doesn't hurt so that's fine. Was really disappointed on Tues though I bribed myself with chocolate to take them out and then when I got round to eating the chocolate my teeth were so sore I could hardly bite :-s. That was ...

well, back to the dentist to have my first invisalign, was kinda nervous and excited. Had my attachments put on, he must of seen me looking a little scared when he came towards me with a syringe and needle but reassured me it was just gel to go on my teeth. Lots of tools and stuff needed first, was a little scared especially after my tooth out experience but no pain just a little uncomfortable. Also had my bottom teeth filed down a bit, that was the same a bit uncomfy but ok, glad when he was finished. ...

4th dec 09– tooth taken out to make some room for my teeth to straighten, bad experience in there for over an hour and took a good few hours to stop bleeding! Had awful nightmares after it, kept waking myself up every half hour until 4 in the morning thinking I was back at the dentist! But... on the up side, very little pain and seems to have healed quite quickly. Photos taken night of 5th. Been told I need a filling also but not sure I’ll get that done this week bit scared to let anyone near my ...
