Hi,
I feel like the dentist has been my new second home the last couple of weeks!
First I had to go back to have my attachment reattached. Apparently attachments falling off is very rare and my ortho seemed surprised and suspicious I didn't know how I lost it. maybe he though I was testing the strength trying to ply it off or something! who knows! What is the most common way for attachments to come off? Was worse than I expected having it put back on. forgot about all the tools involved I was hoping for him to put the gunk (not sure that its actually called) in the tray put it over my teeth and that would be all, but no there seemed to be more cleaning and filing involved than that, but it went ok, attachment is back on so all fine.
This week I braved going to the dentist for the filling I needed. Still terrified after having my tooth extraction but it was ok and my aligners fit nicely over it! so hopefully all sorted til the end of March now. No idea what's in store for me then, more filing of the teeth I guess, another favourite of mine!

As things are tray number 3 is going well, I'm losing my inhibitions about taking my trays out in front of people (not sure how good that is for other people) and brushing my teeth in random places! (got used to people looking at me weird in public loos when I'm brushing my teeth) and everyone seems to have got used to my bathroom disappearances in work whist I put my "teeth" back in!
