For some reason my aligners are really annoying me today, I've had this set in a week tonight. They're not so much painful as just annoying, like a really dull Ache, or the kinda sensation you get after someone runs their nails down a blackboard!
I've been pretty good at keeping them in since I've got back off hols with this set so my teeth shouldn't have moved back and they've loosened off lots since I've had them in but I am struggling. I took some pain killers and took them out to have my dinner but already after about ten minutes I want to take them out again grrr!I don't know If I've noticed them more because I've been sat doing uni work all day rather than been up and about, or maybe I'm tired but fingers crossed this stops soon!
I've yet again managed to split this set, only a little at the top and its been a few days now so touch wood it won't get any worse but am looking forward to a set that I dont split! 2 more weeks with this set when they already feel loose seems a long time though, back to uni Monday and some sort of proper routine so hopefully the time will fly!
