I recently had an infection (or what I thought) near the back of my mouth covering my wisdom tooth. I was in some pain so my aunt told me to go to an oral surgeon. I did so the next day. After the x-rays the doctor said that I had four impacted wisdom teeth and they would need to be removed. He also told me my bottom 2 were touching the nerves on my lower jaw, which he said he has never seen anything like that in his whole career. And it could potentially be dangerous and lead to some numbness. ...

hey. I recently had lingual braces put on my bottom teeth and regular ones on the top.. and wow the first few days I thought I wasn't going to be able to eat anything.. its been 13 days (but who's counting) and there is virtually no pain, and i pretty much eat whatever I want just A LOT more slower and I dont ever bite with my front teeth. I'm not really sure if that is such a good idea though because i figure they need to continue to be used. I am just scared to break a brace. All I really do differently ...
