Now its day three and for some strange reason I actually prefer to have them in than out. My teeth feel more comfortable to be snug than "loose". Didnt think I would be saying that!

So anyway, we went out for lunch today to all you can eat buffet. So I get there after firstly making sure I had my little cosmetic bag full of floss, brush and paste as well as my Invisalign holder (will now have to go and buy myself a new handbag to accommodate all the stuff I now have to carry around with me!) and I went into the bathroom and removed my tray gave it a rinse, put it in my handbag, had my lunch for about an hour then went back into the bathroom and gave a quick floss and brush and put them back in. So I guess it was fairly straight forward, not necessarily easy but I guess I will get more experienced with doing this. My only concern was that someone would walk in and wonder what on earth I was doing!!

I had better get use to the idea cos I have to do this for the next 18 months!!

Oh and am happy to say that on Day 3 it is getting a little easier to remove them now, still a bit painful but definately easier.
