Its now 4 days in and while I know it is meant to get easier to remove the aligners I am still having trouble. Its to the point where I actually dread having to remove them because its actually quite stressful to do so. I think its because of the way my front two top teeth sit, one sits forward and one sits back and getting the tray over both of these puts tremendous pressure on them and its painful.

Having said that I guess I really have no choice but get use to it! I did ask the dentist at what stage my two front teeth would be nearly straight and it will be about November of this year.
